Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy

  • Exchanges: You have 14 days from delivery to exchange items. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Returns: You have 14 days from delivery to return items for a refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Preordered Items: All preordered items are custom-made specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and have tags attached.
  • If you wish to return an item, please do so in-store only at our showroom.

Returns/Exchange Process

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return or exchange products. Please note that the duration is in accordance with the relevant applicable laws in your country, and in case of offers, special conditions are to be applied.

Online Return/Exchange Process steps:

Domestic:

  1. Please write to us at sales@greenwoodsfit.com for your return request with the following details:
    • Order number
    • Code of item(s) you would like to return/exchange
    • Return/exchange reason

International:
Due to Egypt’s customs laws & clearance logistics, ALL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS FEES ARE TO BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER AND PRIOR TO PROCESSING OF THE RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST.

Once the return/exchange request has been submitted by the customer, a payment link with the shipping and handling cost will be forwarded. Once payment is received, the return/exchange request will be executed, and a pick-up request will be sent to the shipping provider.


Policies

Any items provided free of charge with the relevant products must also be returned. You must take reasonable care of any products that you wish to return. The products must be returned in their original condition. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the item(s) during your possession and may reject the request to return, exchange, and/or refund.

In accordance with global industry standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products that are personalized to your order. In the case of faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods, we may offer you a substitute or replacement product, or we will give you a full refund through the possible means, excluding any delivery charges you paid for (if any). In any case, you must return the faulty, damaged, or incorrect products to us as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied.


Refunds

Subject to the above exclusions, we will process a refund upon receipt of the returned/exchanged products. Refunds will be made via the same method of payment used at the time of ordering, and depending on your bank, this can vary from 3 to 12 working days from when we receive your return in our warehouses. Any refunds given by us in relation to returns/exchanges will be made as follows:

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within three hours of having placed it. If you paid by credit card or debit card and you have canceled in accordance with this clause, we will reverse the authorization or process a refund transaction (as the case may be) as soon as possible, but we are not responsible for how long this will take to be reflected on your account as this is dependent on bank processing procedures. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations outside of the specified periods as the order will have been processed and can only then be canceled through our returns/refunds process as mentioned above.
